SING A THOUGHT

I wish to find the voices to sing for my thought
For my life that turned from a full circle to a dot

There’s a vision at times dim and at times bright
Entangling moments that’s dark and also light
In the sky finding myself hovering like the kite
Gradually distancing, vanishing from the sight
I really tried hard so that I just don’t get caught

And often in me some kind of a thirst prevails
Taking life on the track which seldom derails
The bitter sad truth and the happy fairy tales
Sometimes pass and success sometimes it fails
With also an ambition to be the winner of the lot

The skies, the earth, the sea and the mountains
Summer, winter, spring, autumn and the rains
Wish I’d take into account my losses and gains
Without the grudges and without any complains
An experience of a life time to design the plot

Tastes of the victories and tastes of the defeats
With lungs that breathe and the heart that beats
Smiles of me that accept everything and greets
Feeling the trust and faith along with the deceits
Results of the wars and battles that I have fought

At times I also used to think of heavens and hell
Sometimes imaginations casting the magic spell
Wish I could know where happiness does dwell
Really some secrets one should not dare to tell
Means by which peace and calmness be sought

Where all I had been and now where I’ve come
What I was in the past and what I have become
Things that I’ve to subtract and what I’ve to sum
The foundation of mine, the pillars, the column
Calculating what all my endeavors have bought
