One moment I thought, I was over and out
The other moment this perception falsified
Suddenly the fountain of energy did sprout
Then for conquering the world again I tried
For the dust that settles upon you after fall
Is going to be washed away by your effort
As it’s your determination you need to call
And with its arrival all the failure will avert
Your own insight leads to triumph and loss
To win over others, first win over yourself
And if this is done, your strength will gloss
While the doubts and the fears will shelve
There no feat that can’t be accomplished
Everything’s possible by patience and try
So follow all that you desired and wished
And it’s far better than if you sulk and cry
Prior to the result don’t assume or guess
And let them appear along with the time
If true and sincere the fortunes will bless
As fate will tune to your music and rhyme
While I wrote this at the back of the mind
And religiously followed what I believed
With hope to succeed, I was determined
This way finally all my dreams I achieved

A NEW ATMOSPHERE
Spreading limbs to rise above the dust
Also using the feet to initiate the flight
Feeling one in the midst of winds gust
Gliding along the conscience’s insight
Let me now settle in between mid air
Sensing the sensuous mist and clouds
Leaving behind tensions and despair
As over self the tranquility enshrouds
Looking below to the whole of world
That seems a uniform stretch of land
As before the eyes the globe curled
Amid the same sun, winds and sand
Entangling with fog falling as the dew
Settling on leaves and petals as pearls
Optimum glee leaving nothing to due
As in rhythm the body and soul whirls
On own axis rotating faster than earth
With same swiftness I wish to revolve
Escaping from the dilemma n’ dearth
Attempting to enlighten and evolve
For I know that one day I’ll have to fly
As strong wings will broaden the span
While exalting me up towards the sky
Soaring above the clouds, I’ll and I can
Clearing all desired feats and ground
I gonna proclaim loud my connoisseur
Sanctifying all the thoughts profound
That’ll craft within a new atmosphere
Also using the feet to initiate the flight
Feeling one in the midst of winds gust
Gliding along the conscience’s insight
Let me now settle in between mid air
Sensing the sensuous mist and clouds
Leaving behind tensions and despair

MOTHER'S DAY
With the reminiscent of the hands that fed
Few drops of tears from the eyes did shed
Also the remembrance of selfless affection
And how divinity established a connection
Of love n’ care between mother and child
The relationship strong yet gentle and mild
And duties and responsibilities of mother
Yet about job pressure she doesn’t bother
But religiously takes all the care of her kid
In order to make baby feel calm and placid
Her devotion towards the home and family
Such a feeling again won’t be found easily
Oh Mom! Only if I can say about how I feel
If the past moments with you I could steal
They’ll rob me of all the sorrows and grief
Your blessings for me always been a relief
Mom! There will never be anyone like you
And I will always be indebted towards you
In your thoughts all my senses submerges
Around you whole of my world converges
Words scarce, real feelings I can’t convey
All days for you, all my days Mother’s day
Few drops of tears from the eyes did shed
Also the remembrance of selfless affection
And how divinity established a connection
Of love n’ care between mother and child

LIFE! DO I KNOW YOU?
Oh Life! If only I could know you
But you aren’t the way you seem
Sometimes you are quite familiar
Yet often you are a distant dream
Every dawn I wake upon to you
Rubbing my eyes, removing the hue
That the night dropped on the face
Even after the try, little shade stays
And the image that it then depicts
Isn’t what the conscience predicts
Often it’s a kind of a hallucination
Obsessed by suspicious indignation
At times even smiles tend to spark
Peace along with happiness embark
Traversing within a resonant melody
Over the vibes of poignant rhapsody
Life! Now I am trying to know you
You aren’t quite an unsolved puzzle
I just need to be strongly determined
And my will power isn’t quite subtle
I’ll be attempting for all the answers
Winning or losing isn’t that matters
I just want to be sincere in my effort
In the realm of life to find the covert
I may succeed or I may even loose
But then this is the way I’ll choose
Along with hope and expectation
To reach up to the final destination
But you aren’t the way you seem
Sometimes you are quite familiar
Yet often you are a distant dream
Every dawn I wake upon to you
Rubbing my eyes, removing the hue

THE JOKER
When I was standing there, I heard the laughter
Loud applauses approaching from every quarter
Across the stage facing the assembled audience
Dutifully trying to create a hilarious ambience
Hearing the gathered people smile and giggle
Whilst their funny bones squirms and wriggle
And they clap for me as to them I’m the clown
Who gonna rid them all of sorrows and frown
With the job of cracking different kind of jokes
Spreading the happiness as the sadness it soaks
This life’s a circus, and I’m living by the stage
Where my real emotions I seek to camouflage
For when behind the scene I tend to think about
Of emotions that suddenly subside and sprout
Does my own pain submerge into others gleam
And is it prolonged or an instantaneous dream
For after this part, am I different or the same
A joker by the act or else a joker by the name
Loud applauses approaching from every quarter
Across the stage facing the assembled audience
Dutifully trying to create a hilarious ambience
Hearing the gathered people smile and giggle
Whilst their funny bones squirms and wriggle
And they clap for me as to them I’m the clown
