ON THE RUN

The bending of knees, feet leaving the ground
Hurriedly surging ahead with leaps and bound

At times unaware of the destination and place
In really a strange manner continues this race
Memoirs of these often vanishes without trace
But again at times these reminiscences hound

Some one is ahead some one lagging behind
Its only victory to which each one is inclined
But then in destiny one’s success is confined
Still truth isn’t revealed and cannot be found

It’s attempt to escape or an effort to achieve
In the ultimate lap the stamina will perceive
Finally the slow and steady may also deceive
As I’ve known that winners make no sound

Across tracks gathering the dirt and the dust
Winning not important, participation’s must
Not to get stuck by result but move like gust
Of winds, as in its path peace will surround

One may return from where one had begun
One may surrender, other continues his run
Accept as it is and then you’ll know the fun
And for that just try to keep moving around

As it’s believed that deeds sculpture the fate
For good action always pays even if it’s late
Because cruel will suffer good will be great
And these lessons learned is quite profound
