RUMOUR'S HUMOUR

It travels faster than anything else
And it is terrific the way it sells

It’s what makes news in headlines
And at this place readers inclines

It’s again believed without proof
And the victim just can’t be aloof

As it chases even after the death
Can not be ignored like the breath

Mostly defames and making fun
You can’t flee, how fast you run

In a flash spreads, scatters away
Again it keeps haunting its prey

It’s strange and gets me amused
Astounds making me confused

It inflicts pain without a mark
Making the heart and soul stark

Truth submerges in false waves
And the sense to reason enslaves

Even after demise, the soul suffer
No matter if it is also tougher

This is the evil effect of rumour
Its irony and satire in the humour
